Families, be cautious of candidates who say yes to Families, be cautious of candidates who say yes to everything without asking questions. 

Either they're desperate and will burn out, or they're telling you what you want to hear now and will set boundaries later, after you're already dependent on them.

Professional nannies ask questions, negotiate, and are honest about what's sustainable. That's not difficult, that's professional.
