Something no one says out loud: it's normal to lov Something no one says out loud: it's normal to love your job and still feel completely exhausted by it.

Loving what you do doesn't cancel out the exhaustion. You can be fully present with the kids, genuinely love this work, and still feel wiped by the end of the day. That's not burnout you're failing to manage. That's just the reality of being someone's whole village.

Nannies deserve to feel this out loud, not just quietly push through it.
