Yes, nannies absolutely get mistreated sometimes but if they can't acknowledge a single positive experience or their own role in past conflicts, that's a self-awareness gap you'll eventually deal with yourself. Professional nannies can speak about past roles with nuance. They'll say things like "the family and I had different communication styles" or "the job wasn't the right fit, but I learned X from it." They take ownership, see the gray areas, and grow from experiences. The victim narrative isn't just about complaining, it's about accountability.
