Here's what should be in writing: ✔️ Hours and schedule (including expected flexibility) ✔️ Gross pay, pay schedule, and overtime rates ✔️ PTO, sick days, and holidays ✔️ Job duties and household expectations ✔️ Termination notice period for both parties A contract isn't about distrust.
