Nannying during school hours isn't a break, it's where the invisible work lives: extracurricular sign-ups, closet rotations, birthday and teacher gift prep, restocking snacks, staying two steps ahead so the kids' lives run smoothly whether you're physically there or not. Being great at this job was never about clocked hours. It's about what you anticipate before anyone has to ask. But housekeeper, dog walker, personal assistant, and pool guy? That's a scope change.
