We don't take every search that comes to us becaus We don't take every search that comes to us because placing a nanny in an unsustainable role doesn't serve anyone.

When a family wants one person covering 7 days a week, every weekend overnight, a constantly shifting schedule, a long commute to a remote location, limited benefits, no guaranteed time off, and only 40 hours guaranteed?

... That's a recipe for burnout.

Our job isn't just to fill a position, it's to create roles that attract and keep exceptional nannies and to be honest with families about what actually works in today's market.

If you're a family who values alignment, fairness, and building something sustainable, comment 'PN' and let's talk! ❤️
